Welcome to PRS, operated by Grace & Mercy Foundation. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Introduction

These terms govern your use of PRS and related messaging. They apply to the website and to email and SMS messages we send as part of the product.

2. Intellectual property rights

Unless otherwise stated, Grace & Mercy Foundation and its licensors own the intellectual property rights for material on the Site. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access the Site for your own personal use, subject to these terms.

3. User license

You are granted a limited license only for viewing and using the material on the Site. You must not republish, sell, rent, sub-license, reproduce, or redistribute material from the Site except as the product itself allows (for example sharing an invite link).

4. Messaging program

If you opt in to text messages, we may send group announcements, reading reminders, and session reminders. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help at any time, or START to resume. For support, email support@prsi.org. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Email notifications are unchanged when you reply STOP. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of using PRS. You can use the product with email only.

5. Disclaimer

The materials on the Site are provided on an as-is basis. Grace & Mercy Foundation makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and does not make representations about the accuracy or reliability of the materials on the Site or on sites linked from it.

6. Limitation of liability

In no event shall Grace & Mercy Foundation, or its officers, directors, or employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or connected with your use of the Site, whether such liability is under contract. This includes indirect, consequential, or special liability arising out of your use of the Site.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Grace & Mercy Foundation from liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages, and expenses arising from your breach of these terms.

8. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid under applicable law, that provision will be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions.

9. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms at any time. The date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the revised terms.

10. Assignment

Grace & Mercy Foundation may assign, transfer, or subcontract its rights or obligations under these terms. You may not assign, transfer, or subcontract your rights or obligations under these terms.

11. Entire agreement

These terms are the entire agreement between you and Grace & Mercy Foundation relating to your use of the Site, and they supersede prior agreements and understandings on that subject.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Grace & Mercy Foundation is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in that state for disputes arising from these terms.
